Mr. Seyitoğlu is an experienced physician assistant and neurosurgical nurse who plays an active role in patient care as a key member of the ENI. While providing direct support to the surgical team during operating room procedures, he also contributes to the smooth and efficient progression of clinical workflows.
Responsibilities and Duties
Surgical Support and Patient Care: Mr. Seyitoğlu is actively involved in surgical preparation, intraoperative assistance, and postoperative care. He works closely with the surgical team to maintain an efficient and uninterrupted workflow in the operating room while ensuring optimal patient care.
Treatment Processes and Postoperative Recovery Monitoring: He oversees patient care at every stage, ensuring treatment protocols are effectively followed. In addition to maintaining accurate medical records for seamless follow-up, he conducts daily rounds and closely monitors postoperative recovery to support optimal outcomes.
Discharge and Postoperative Follow-Up: He ensures that patients receive the necessary medical support during the discharge and post-discharge process closely monitoring the accurate implementation of treatment plans. As part of preventive healthcare services, he provides patient education on the prevention of additional health conditions, general health management, and postoperative care.
