Prof. Pehlivan is an experienced radiation oncologist. After graduating from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, she completed her training at the Radiation Oncology Department of Boston University during her internship, followed by further education at Hacettepe University. This process provided her with in-depth knowledge in cancer treatment at both national and international levels.
Between 2004 and 2009, Prof. Pehlivan participated in numerous significant scientific studies in France and Switzerland. She contributed to research at the European Cancer Program in France, the Radiation Oncology Department at Lausanne University, the Paul Scherrer Institute Proton Therapy Center in Villigen, Switzerland, and the Orsay Proton Therapy Center in France.
Prof. Dr. Pehlivan is currently a faculty member at Bahçeşehir University’s Department of Radiation Oncology. She also provides consultancy at the MedAustron Particle Therapy Center in Vienna, Austria, and continues her work as the founder of BP Clinic.

The collaboration between Prof. Pehlivan and ENI, particularly in neurooncology treatments, embraces a multidisciplinary approach in the fields of neurosurgery and radiation oncology, enabling the achievement of the most effective outcomes in patient care.
Prof. Pehlivan’s expertise in radiotherapy and stereotactic radiosurgery allows for a more effective and targeted management of patients’ treatment processes.
