Plans and manages patient admission, hospitalization, follow-up, and discharge processes effectively. Facilitates smooth and consistent communication between all departments within ENC. Provides patients with essential information during the postoperative period and organizes follow-up appointments. Establishes direct, trust-based communication with patients, offering support at every stage of their journey.
